• Open outlook Express.
• From the File menu, select Export.
• From the Export submenu, select Address Book.
• The Address Book Export Tool will appear.
• Choose a location to save the file by clicking on Browse and assign a name to the file
• Check the fields you want to export and click Next.
• Click Finish to complete exporting your Address Book.
